Were you apprehensive about Artificial Intelligence?
We didn’t have any automated control equipment combining vision and AI on our lines; this technology was unknown to us. So we took the time to clearly define the objectives and expected results. We also had a lot of discussions and worked with Psycle to ensure that we achieved the expected level of performance. In the end, the result is there: we are satisfied and have decided to automate other control stations with Psycle.
We have measured a significant reduction
in our downtime
What were the key points of your first project?
We worked on two points that seem to me to be the keys to a successful project: the recognition of defects by the AI and the mechanical integration of an ejection solution for products identified by the AI as defective. Psycle brought us its expertise in these two areas, which enabled us to be particularly effective.
Psycle’s AI allows us to react immediately to detect faults.
The interface is easy to use and enables instant data analysis.
