Psycle vision systems:
your products and your environment as a starting point

One of the main industrial vision applications we address is defect detection and non-conformity ejection on production lines.
With Psycle, it all starts with a meeting in your factory. This is where we get to grips with the specifics of your products: their shape, materials, packaging decoration, etc. We also assess the environment in which you produce, in particular to ensure quality lighting on the parts to be inspected.
These initial elements are essential for creating an effective vision system.

Main components of a vision system
All these elements are connected to the Psycle software, embedded on an industrial PC. This software is the orchestra conductor of the system. And it is through the quality of each of its interfaces that it ensures the reliability of the whole system.
the optical unit
with one or more cameras and different types of lighting

the control unit
with PLCs, cabinets, HMI, etc.

the mechanical block
with conveyors, ejectors and gripper arms, for example.

more components for as many degrees of freedom
Psycle’s teams can deliver a turnkey vision system or simply integrate their software into your installation. The choice is yours.
The important thing is that, by defining itself as the conductor of the orchestra, Psycle gives you the opportunity to make your own choices in terms of equipment and gradually become more and more autonomous in the management of your vision systems.
Extremely short return on investment (ROI)
Our aim is for you to earn money from the end of the first learning cycle to maximise your return on investment.
Then, optimisation is achieved by transforming your expertise into « business rules » in our software: the added value you provide further increases the benefits.
Systems that grow with you
When Psycle becomes involved in the development of a vision system, it is with the ambition of providing you with a scalable solution, whatever its level of involvement.
If you want to identify more defects tomorrow, or if you’re launching a new product, our software will adapt quickly to get you into production as quickly as possible.
