Vision software:
supervision, essential for continuous improvement

Psycle is committed to providing companies with the means to continuously monitor their production, in order to offer exemplary quality.
We provide solutions for both real-time work on the lines and off-line work within the quality departments themselves. Today, continuous improvement also involves improving vision algorithms.

Replay the production as if you were there
Production images are fed back into the continuous improvement module at a pre-defined frequency. They are accompanied by the analysis carried out on these images by the algorithm and a set of metadata.
You can go back in time to review production as if you were there, and check that the vision software is correctly identifying defects.

Compare different lines to identify the source of a problem
As soon as your company starts to adopt vision, there will be more and more cameras in service on your lines. You’ll need a solution to monitor your cameras to make sure, at the very least, that they’re working properly.
The Psycle monitoring solution also goes a step further by allowing you to compare metrics from different lines. This function is extremely useful for understanding how quality problems arise.

Training the algorithm outside the production context
The continuous improvement module in our vision software allows you to correct certain decisions made by the algorithm.
It also lets you annotate production images with new criteria. You can then launch learning cycles, outside production, to add even more intelligence to your software.

Simulate the effects of applying new quality rules
How can you fine-tune the cursor between ideal quality and what is possible in production? How can you monitor changes in the scrap rate following the introduction of a new criterion, without disrupting production?
By using the simulation functions of our continuous improvement module. You can test anything, envisage anything, from your office, and only put a validated scenario into production.
