On the third day of the SEPEM Douai 2026 trade show, we hand the microphone to JL Corp and Sebastien Dorez, a specialist in collaborative robotics and Psycle’s partner for almost two years.
There is no doubt that the two complement each other perfectly. Artificial intelligence is used to constantly monitor production by assessing the condition of the parts moving along the production line. The robot intervenes as part of the process to remove non-compliant parts and reduce operators’ exposure to repetitive movements.
Sébastien also mentions the defect library. Capitalizing on known defects to train algorithms in order to achieve continuous performance improvement on the lines.
Another noteworthy initiative is the technical cafés. Organized jointly by JL Corp and Psycle for the past two years, these field meetings, open to customers and prospects, are designed to present innovative solutions and at the same time exchange ideas with customers and prospects.
